FollowHQ is a payment follow-up service that sends automated email reminders to your clients on your behalf. We are not a payment processor, accounting software, or legal collection service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your client and invoice data. You agree to use FollowHQ only for legitimate business purposes and to comply with applicable laws regarding communication with your clients.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Email Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver reminder emails reliably, we cannot guarantee delivery to every recipient. Email delivery depends on third-party services and recipient email configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

FollowHQ is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any financial losses, missed payments, or damages arising from the use of our service. We are a reminder tool, not a guarantee of payment.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of FollowHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to both these terms and the privacy policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
