Frequently asked questions
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using FollowHQ. Your data is preserved even if you don't upgrade immediately. You just can't create new clients or invoices until you upgrade.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can downgrade anytime. Your existing data is never deleted. You'll keep all your current clients and invoices, but won't be able to create new ones if you exceed the lower plan's limits.
What happens if I upgrade mid-month?
You get immediate access to all features of the new plan. We pro-rate the difference, so you only pay for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do you support UPI payments?
Yes. We use Razorpay for payments, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and more.
How does WhatsApp reminders work?
On the Agency plan, FollowHQ sends follow-up messages via WhatsApp using Twilio. Your clients receive reminders on the platform they actually use daily.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase with Row Level Security. Each user can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted.
